Agreement for Bidding, Purchasing & Removing Items

By bidding on a storage unit with us, you agree to the following:

  1. New Account Registration: You will create an account to bid with us. This information will be how we contact you if you have a winning bid.
  2. Auction Starting & Ending Times: The auction starting and ending period will be listed on our website.
  3. Email to Winner: If you have a winning bid, you will receive an email confirming this and asking you to contact the property by 12PM the next business day after the auction has ended to pay for your unit.
  4. 2nd Highest Bidder: If you do not pay for your unit by 12PM the next business day after the auction has ended, your bid will be disqualified, and we will contact the next highest bidder. You will also not be allowed to bid with us in the future.
  5. Payments Accepted: Payment by credit or debit card only in your name will be accepted.
  6. Driver's License: The Property Manager will verify your identity when you come to remove your items and as well as verify your name on the credit and debit card.
  7. Removal Times: After payment, winning bidders will have through the immediate Saturday until 2PM to remove all items from the unit during our office hours.
  8. Removal of All Items & Deposit: Bidder agrees to remove all items from the unit. As long as the unit is completely emptied, items are not left protruding out of or left beside the dumpster, and no damage was done to the property, the deposit will be refunded during the next available weekday. Failure to do any of these things will result in the bidder's deposit not refunded and ban from future auctions.
  9. Cancellation: Attic Plus Storage reserves the right to cancel auctions at any time.
